Yea, never could figure some of these things out. EAST certainly has a lot of overseas operations which might complicate things but in this world of computers if someone's been inputting the data on a regular basis it should be a breeze to get the numbers out. RACE generally has theirs within a day or two of period closing, the delay before releasing is due to the auditors, wording the accompanying text, having the lawyers approve that and of course at times I think they've thought that delaying the report might be less hazardous than releasing it. :-)
