Nliten-

You gotta cut out the caffeine and MSG.

I invite you to look at the performance of BB stocks that have done reverse splits. The reverse happens. The price drops. In fact, I CHALLENGE you to find a BB stock trading under a nickle that did a reverse split and did not suffer a price drop immediately after (sorry, reverse mergers don't count). Perhaps it is you that does not understand what is going on. The buying time in this situation is always post-RS, and after the drop. Then you at least have the possibility of catching a bounce, or better yet, if the RS is coupled with some fundamental change in the company, you may have gotten into a nice situation at an all-time low.

Try this on for size:

Let's say you bought 100K shares at $.03 and the company does a 1:10 RS. The day of the RS, you now have 10K shares at $3. Now, because the company fundamentals are essentially the same, investors (in addition to bailing because BB investors basically HATE RSes) don't believe the company is worth $3/share, and before long, it's trading at $.625. This price, equivilent to .00625 pre-split, is IMO the best time to buy rather than now.

Nliten,

You said:

You all are very mislead about miss-steps as well
Better look into the root of these events first.

Where do you get off! You have not been around this company all that long. Trust me, these guys have been screwing shareholders for a very long time. I bought my first bit of MPTV in 1995 when there were only 30 or so million shares. Now there are 750 million. 8 months ago when 'Jim the great' turned down the bridge loan, there were only 230 or so million shares. It's about time they/you quit blaming Gould for all of the problems.

If you think that there was no mis-management here, then I hope and pray you are not a manager. If so, then you are bound to screw up someone's company!

Tom, Jim, John, Peggy, Gail:
I am sorry for sounding negative but this guy is a damn CON. Maybe that's why he likes Jim so much.

Roddy...

PS: Oh wise man, who has the title?

The worst thing about this stock right now and what is hurting it at the moment, is your continuous banter about a reverse split.

If people think a rs is coming they won't get in.

Are you a basher trying to use reverse psychology on this board?
