MRVC Investor Relations :

There was an unplanned article, printed in Telecom Financing Week, which stated that spinning off the
optics portion of the business was a consideration. As stated in the article, we are seriously considering
this option. Management is looking at all alternatives in order to receive the best valuation for the
company and shareholders. At this point, I cannot disclose further information.

Is the second to the last sentence a typo or are they selling out?

Greg...I bought a wellington fund in 1957. It took me 9 years to break even.
