Jan, I think that the sector established an intermediate bottom when the last gdp came out since it was benign. Sector should be fine with one rate hike, but could see lower lows if the Fed emphasizes multiple rate hikes ... we'll see in another hour when the Fed's announce their intention.

The first/second tier internets should come back strong whether it be 3 or 12 months, the market sentiment and dynamics will reverse to positive again. The lower-tier and junk .com stocks may not rise from the ashes again. So, if "most" of the stocks in this sector are lower-tier and junk ... then perhaps the answer to your question is yes.
