Wrong. Are you able to distinguish? Do you know the difference between the words to disclaim and to disclose? Do you understand that disclaimers are legal terms of art but that disclosures are statements of fact? Do you realize that misleading disclosures are illegal? SEC filings are not "games." They are not supposed to be arcane puzzles of double meaning or imprecise interpretation. These filings are very clear. I truly pity you wolf.
