Interesting. In Denmark the taxes are set up to SERIOUSLY punish people who DO own homes. (as well as anyone who actually makes any money).

Did you see the Wall Street Journal article (2 weeks ago) which implied the Palo Alto high school is the best high school in the USA (they made comparative comments on the other 3 highly competitive/ successful high schools in the USA.)

It sounds like your children have access to the best school in the entire USA.

And you call a 1100f3 shanty a "home"? Poor CA millionaires
if their "millions" can buy only a dog house :)
In Texas it is PROHIBITED BY LAW to built a single-family
home smaller than 1700 sq.ft. Even the low-end
communities start with 1900-2000 sq.ft. homes.
