SI is overrun with promoters pumping up stocks so they can unload them and then let them collapse. For every "shorter" who attacks, there are 20 promoters. The thing the promoters hate most is the suggestion that there is huge risk. They would have the innocent believe that their companies have incredible "fundamentals" which can't miss. For those with little experience in the pennies, it can be very appealing. P.T. Barnum would have loved the internet...
