This is an absurdley LOW LEVEL of effectiveness, amounting, essentially, to a SLAM-DUNK for the company. Why did the FDA do this?? Because they want and need an AIDS vaccine. The Clinton administration PROMISED it. Regardless, if you follow Biotech companies you know that there is ALWAYS speculation leading up to the phase 3 data release. So you could make a lot of $$ speculating in the stock BEFORE the truth is known. But really, the botom line is that Don Francis is one of the GREAT human beings in our century, and may win the Nobel prize for his work and dedication. And he is the man at the helm.
