<<2.Start making money for the shareholders by getting the stock to appreciate. This is the job of the CEO.>>

Frank: IMO, you are being unfair in your judgement of MSD. Look at his 5 year track record for creating shareholder wealth vs. the CEOs of IBM, QCOM, HWP, INTC etc...Don't just judge MSD by DELL's last 5 months of performance. MSD is one of the most admired CEOs in America -- and for many good reasons. The company is growing into its valuation and many investors are having trouble seeing DELL's strategy to move beyond the box. Yet, I have confidence in MSD and in DELL and their ability to lead the industry. Many of the analysts also feel that DELL's current management team is by far THE BEST team in the hardware sector. We are going through a time when investor's patience is being tested. Yet, patience is a virtue. If you don't have it any longer, you may want to gamble on some other stocks <G>.

DELL will rise again.

Best Regards,

Scott

Have a nice walk. Your response only tells me you appear to be a chaser, not an investor. Better luck else where.

Frank: A Few More Comments....This is from your profile...

<<Favorite Stocks INTC MSFT DELL CSCO MO KO G MER JNJ PFE>>

Hmmm....some of those stocks have been under A LOT of pressure in the last 6 months (stocks like MRK, MO, and PFE). They all have good CEOs but they have been under pressure for various reasons. I only own tech stocks so I won't comment on the companies.

<<Investment Style INVEST IN THE BEST,SIT BACK AND LET TIME DO THE REST Experience 28 years. Select the best stocks from around the world , let patience and time drive your portfolio straight to the BULLSEYE OF WEALTH>>

A Great Investing Style....its supposed to be yours...re-read it again <G>. "Let patience and time drive your portfolio..." -- practice what you preach and you'll be in good shape, IMO. We all want to see our large positions do well every month of every year. Yet, that's not possible. Life is a series of compromises. I will continue to have a portion of my holdings in DELL and I also have faith in MSD and his ability to execute for the LONG TERM shareholders.

Best Regards,

Scott

Come on Frank, give Michael a break. He probably needs the money to meet living expenses -- I know the feeling! But I'm lucky, my Social Security check will probably arrive in the mail tomorrow and Mike is too young for that!
