More interesting is how quiet this tread is this evening.

Internets do not trade by fundamentals. Internets trade by the "pain factor".

In other words, whether you're long or short, how much pain are you willing to take?

If you were short Amazon at $130 2 months ago, could you stand the pain at $220? I doubt it.

If you were long Ameritrade at $188 2 months ago, could you stand the pain at $62? I doubt it.

It's extremely simple. Are you man (or woman) enough to take the pain of these wild fluctuations? I doubt many position traders are.

They (the powers that be) will drive the internets up to ridiculous levels again until all the shorts cover and until they sucker people into buying them again at the top. Then, and only then, will we start the process of the last 2 months once again.
