CKFR should NITE themselves. If I got it right NITE was formed by 27 online brokers. CheckFree tried the same with the largest Banks on the Planet, an I'm not so sure it wasn't spying. Handed them all cheap warrants in exchange for market share...and got bend over like a boy scout and pile driven. Well, IMO they were out leveraged by their own customers who have this secret desire to shoot, gut and eat them for breakfast. Do this with Brokers.....and Portals for those 2.8 million secondary shares that mis-fired. ie...play both sides against the middle on market share. Under the same paramaters.... I mean if the deal were good enough to offer to leading banks, why not Brokers & Portals? Get back in the middle and give all true partners the same shake in the outcome and let them fight for the consumer to see who wins. ie tie them to growth and performance. Because if the Banks ultimately win this...they will Screw every Broker and Portal on this Planet. For like Glenn said, "I think there's a great deal of similarity to CF situation - healthy mid-size company with a great product, but everyone thinks there must be at least 10 giant companies waiting to stomp them. Let's level the playing field here and let them stomp the S#it out of eachother. To me it's like that Risk Board Game, if somebody is getting weak and another is spying their territory and cards....I hit the leader with a direct attack to level the playing field. So we can all drink a few more beers and stay up later....I keep the weak one in the game...so we all play longer. Who want's to go to bed early when you are young?
