My friend who also owns WCOM called his PaineWeber broker after the market closed. Broker told him they caused the decline through their comments however they also do not see any more decline in the price. He said we reached bottom and told him not to sell because he will do just fine from these levels.

Eric Strumingher from PaineWebber lowered the revenue growth rate 1% lower, but maintained his $0.45 earning estimate. He did not explain what made him to believe WCOM might grow slower in the near future.
