John_Schmitz: Private placement shares: it was a pre-arranged private placement with two investors. it was registred for 100,000,000 shares but i dont think they all went out #reply-10323200 Now here is a man on top of things. He has a pre-arranged private placement. He sells about 12% of the company's equity to raise $1M. But yet he doesn't know if all of it was sold. He doesn't know how much money he received from the sale? Does he know how many shares were delivered to these two privileged investors? . . . but i don't think they all went out. Hahahahaha. This is the guy in charge of things at PABN/PRWT? And he has a careless retention of such fundamental facts. Hahahahaha. They better hurry and get those filings together, not just for the public, but for John. With these kinds of gaps in knowledge it looks to me like things are out of control at PABN/PRWT.
