Paul, We should, I imagine, be able to IOI under our CMGI # and as regular Wit Members. Is that the way you read it?
Larry

PAL, I think a couple of your points are incorrect.

> CMGI shareholder : Invited, guanranteed will get it
>Wit Capital account holder but not CMGI shareholder : An Opportunity
> to participate, no guarantee

CMGI shareholders are not guaranteed shares in the IPO - there will be a lottery, there is a fixed amount of shares allocated (600k I believe) and if there are more shares requested than available (as I'm sure there will be) they will be divided up by a lottery method - and not split evenly between everyone. Some (many?) people will get nothing.

>The negative side: CMGI determines how many shares are set aside for DSP, with a minimum, let us just say 25 shares. If only half will participate (the paperwork to open the account is like pulling tooth), then you might get 50 shares, etc. no information about the number of shares as just yet.<

The minimum you can request is 100 thus I dont think they would allocate less than that. Further I read that the smallest IPO trade you can make with Wit is $1000 so that would put the minimum number of shares they are going to distribute to the lottery "winners" close to 100 (based on the prelim ipo price). One thing I dont know is what happens if you request more than 100 shares, e.g. if you are a lottery winner do you just get 100 shares or do you get however many shares you requested (all or nothing).

I didnt realize that non-cmgi wit account holders were going to be allowed to get in on the engage ipo - I havent read anything about that but I guess it seems reasonable.
