Thanks Robert...your comments are always helpful...im at the stage of making a major change in strategy and am going more to long term which is where i began in 1980...but am more of a growth type now than the value bug i was then...i find valuation more of a problem than help as the stocks i usually like are never cheap...even a cheap growth approach has same problems...bottom fishing just doesnt appeal to me. that is the reason im trying to trash out the strategy before i jump head first into the lake...i spent last 4 to 5 years with st trading and one thing that has taught me is the think out exactly what you entry and exits are going to be before you take the leap...no leaps of faith in this regard...i have found that the more mechnical i am the less stress and better thing have worked out...i find much of what Tom has to say right on target...he is a valuable some of great experience when it comes to aiming...i need to check you site also...thanks for the help...bj
