Bernard,

I think you are correct that the last resort state protocol approval will not be all that difficult to get and should accelerate once several large states have adopted it and a large volume of use data is reported. But this can not even start until mass production is achieved, which from all indications is going to be the 4th calander quarter (although this is only an assumption as the statement on the website would lead an uninvolved party to believe it meant the company's 4th fiscal quarter). But I also do not think it is a 30-60 day process either. As earlier Pyng press releases seemed to indicate.

The state protocol approval for field trail studies obviously took much longer that expected. And the useage at the field trial sites appears to have been much lower than expected only RM achieved even 5 a month versus the 5 a week that I think was the goal in selecting the sites. As they took almost a year versus the 90-120 day originally projected. State approvals had to be a significant factor in the 4x timeframe.

I am postitive in the longterm prospects of the company. I just think that we could all benefit from realistic estimates of how mass production/commerical sales will progress and only Pyng can provide the explanations on what caused the delays and how these factors/hurdles will be overcome in the future.

I am playing devil's advocate, and you seem to be providing some supporting information that mitigates my issues. You and I seem to be the only ones that really want to analyze the issues publicly anyway so I appreciate your comments. Obviously the optimum result of our discussion would be Pyng management stepping up and updating the progress toward their goals every couple of weeks or at least once month. Conference announcements are nice but they do not give much insight into the progress.
