Hi Roland, Thank you for your reply. And Sorry for not knowing that you had done many things for the shareholders. You went great length to keep him on his toes. These were admirable acts. Looks like you are closer to the truth than I originally thought. Apparently, he is still not up to your and most of investors' expectations. Another way to make sure he keep his promise is to ask the accountability of the board. They have the power to rate his performance, salary and bonus. What does this mean to you since the board think he had done his job and can not be replaced? Sincerely, Wade
