A substantial portion of the money raised in by the secondary has to be used to pay over due bills AS WELL A LOANS MADE TO THE COMPANY. assuming 50% will be used in this manner the company actually has only 9 months or so to begin meaningful cash flowWill be an amazing feat if this occurs..

Your negative point are well taken but this is old same things many times repeated here and stock price reflect that.
The fact that they raise the money is very positive, I think.
And if they can execute the sales then ocom will be profitable with positive cash flow in no time. So why do't we all wait and see?
