On YHOO Vantive thread: "The reason for today's move is IBM's Corepoint division (which competes with VNTV and Siebel) got dismantled...this was on the InfoWeekDaily e-mail this morning, although I did not see it as a press release direclty from IBM. Lots of top Corepoint people left it said. IBM consolidated the Corepoint operations into it's E-Commerce business unit. What does this mean? One less tough competitor or possibly an IBM buyout if they "couldn't get it right themselves?". That's purely speculation and I'm not saying it could happen. Just a possible explanation for what we're seeing today in VNTV's stock price. " Could this be what is causing SLGX to move today? SLGX hit a new historic (hah, 1 month) high of 5 3/4. Chris
