Here is a little info on the Form SB-2. Wonder why they are filing an SB-2? This is the form that is filed when you register shares to sell. Why would they be registering shares to sell? Why aren't they just reporting their financials? Hmmmmmm. : Form SB-2 -- Optional Form for the Registration of Securities to Be Sold to the Public by Small Business Issuers A. Use of Form and Place of Filing. 1. A "small business issuer," defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act") may use this form to register securities to be sold for cash.
