I'm just not sure what's best for QWST anymore. If we do win the bidding war for FRO and USWEST, are investors going to like the new company...or are we going to go nowhere like CPQ/DEC? If we lose the bidding war, are investors going to think of GBLX as the superior company, and QWST as desperate losers? It seems to me right now BLS may be the only way out of this mess, and that possibility seems unrealistic. I'm just not sure whether I should hold my shares or sell. I need a drink (ot two).

It's not about keeping secrets, its about a "stand still" rider FRO is trying to attach to the NDA that would bar QWST from pursuing a hostile takeover.
