It doesn't guarantee a return,but it does allow for a better analysis of potential investments. <The change eventually could force as many as half of the 6,651 small companies off the bulletin board, as the eligibility requirements are phased in over the next year.> There are 6,651 stories in the naked city this is but one of them. I applaud your perseverance. Find it quite amazing that some can dedicate so much time to something that will give them absolutely no return. Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way. Sorta like fishing. Buy a boat for ten grand and then throw the fish back. Anywho, gotta go. Time is money. There's fish to be fried.
