Interesting question Tim. I think the general pattern is leave it to the service providers. That is a bit like putting a new product on a supermarket shelf and hoping someone will pick it up and maybe even purchase it. Checkout staff know nothing about it and dont really give a monkeys arse anyway, because there are more important things in life. I realise G has a mammoth task just setting up and getting ready to go, but average Jo Bloggs knows nothing of that and just looks at the end product, what does it look like, feel like, how well does it work and most importantly, how much will it COST me? G needs to give its SP,s something to get horny about and get out there and stick it up the opposition, so that the opposition feel the thrust of a real competitor in a real world.
