(and apologies if I've asked before,
I probably have with each "tranche"...)

Although Peter had indicated he was a bit
tired of the whining about it...and he has
had the good sense not to be involved in
this mess--bypassing the stock I believe,
here was his thought on the subject.

I also bring this up because at this one closes in
on a buck, investors should condider the possibility
of delisting to the BB...but that is not in anyones
interest I see.

So...these occasional large blocks could be anything,
not really mini-tranches like I've imagined them to be--
rather, any shorting would be a gradual thing--as
evidenced by the very gradual steady decline in the stock.

By the way, I somehow missed it, but I understand that
Ariad's Michael Gilman is now at Biogen...here is the
PR for that:
biz.yahoo.com

By the way, I appreciated a recent comment Rick made
about darts versus good business plans. I just am not
quite ready to swap my Ariad for Biogen...but I get
a little closer every day;-)

I decided to leave this off the aria board, I am sure
the boys on Yahoo read that, and if they get scared off,
why, there will be nobody but smallcapsonline to buy
these pitiful shares...
