I think you are assuming the worst from the deal. I have talked with management at BAMM and they have their feet on the ground and are good strategic thinkers. I don't expect them to become another Amazon.com but who knows what will develop. I'd reserve judgement until you have had a chance to here more or participate in their conference calls. You can bet that the analysts are swarming over BAMM management to find out just what the game plan is likely to be going forward.

That was my take on the deal. And I think that is a huge point.
