It is not unusual for companies to not report on such events.... I know MSFT for instance has encountered many chapter 11 and 13's and you don't hear much about them..... I think it's a matter of the material impact on the company to which in many a case the actual loss is not known for some time.... In chapter 11, a reorganization, there are so many variations for compensation conideration.... With a almost 1/2 billion $ company this is no big deal and expected as a normal part of doing business......... except unless your shorting or hoping to make hay so you can buy at a better price..... Hmmmmmmm
