The only hope for MDIX is for it to be acquired.

<<I would settle for half of that [$4]. Somebody tell me how.>>

The problem is that Yeros, who clearly doesn't intend to leave, has contracted the dreaded Sculley Syndrome.

Remember the former Apple Computer CEO? It wasn't enough to sell the product; he wanted - no, needed - to be known as a visionary. Even appointed himself Chief Visionary or some such title at one point.

I think that's what's driving Yeros now. He wants to prove he had the idea first. He didn't, but success in the marketplace covers up a lot of inconvenient facts. How many people think Bill Gates wrote the first personal computer operating system?

If in fact there was an attempt at a private placement and it failed, that would be good news in that it just might convince the board to shop this company around.

Clearly MDIX doesn't have the resources to roll out the product and a measly $2 million dollars is not going to help.

CyBear (CYBA) raised $48 million by selling 3 million of its 16 million shares a couple of weeks ago.

The money is there for this industry. It's just not there for Yeros and MDIX.

That's why the board has to sell.

MDIX patents ought to be worth a lot to someone like HLTH or SNTC.

If you see a series of PRs, each touting the advantages of one of MDIX's patents, then you know the board gets it.

Otherwise, well, the train is leaving the station and MDIX is not on it.
