Scottoo, you are the one that really needs to do homework here. There are so many things that you can learn from a Form 10, that you can get a real good idea of the business of a company and its capital structure and who owns it. Maybe you don't want to know these things, but then maybe some people don't like to invest blind. Maybe they like to invest based on verifiable information. The SEC seems to agree that investors should have access to this information.

Calm down. I attended the interactive meeting, I wouldn't have x00,000 shares if I didn't like the prospects...but I still say, and will not change my view, if they don't have audited financials as a priority near the top, realizing that otherwise they're on the Pinks, then I'm not happy...and I have a feeling you feel the same way. That's all I'm saying.
