There is a little bit of stock coming out right now and it is kind of strange considering all that is going on. It is definitely a buy with Dresner in tow and at minimum it is a hold.

I don't think Raytec has ever been this close of making something happen that would see the company listed on a US exchange as part of a transaction like an acquisition or a take-over of the company. There seems to be a lot of questions concerning Engelhard, the EPA, Shrinkguard, other companies like Biocide and this new relationship with Dresner of Chicago but the bottom line is Raytec owns the patents for this new antimicrobial technology, period. Dresner must believe in the potential of Raytec's proprietary technology because otherwise they would not be representing a VSE listed company.
