Serious inquiry: Why are all the recent IPOs running like crazy? The first tier companies (AOL, AMZN etc) are well below 1999 highs. Is there a fundamental explanation for the huge runs going on in all the recent IPOs, while those IPOs from March - May have not recovered to their old highs? (ABTL, AWEB, MMPT, ITRA, etc)

Is there something we're missing here about these new IPOs?
