Limtex,
This is what you are likely to see reported:

1. Net Income before charges related to sale of infrastructure (charges estimated
previously at $100 million)

2. Net Income after the above charges (but still including the operating losses of the
infrastructure division up to the effective date of the sale)

3. Pro-forma Net Income which excludes the $100 million charge and excludes losses
in (2) above. ie. This is the "going forward" look at the company's performance and the
one that analysts and investors should care about.

If I were Gregg, and I had an inkling that earnings were going to blow the Street away, I'd be very quiet about it as I continued to accumulate.
