Also, the other day I heard a radio ad for, I believe, eBank...didn't they just have an IPO? And the ad stated something like: "Note that we are only registered in X states, we are only doing business in those states." So the lack of being registered in all states is certainly no impediment at all in doing a good business in the others. With these 4 new ones, it certainly sounds like good news to me. Past delays? Who knows? It's the future that counts. And, on July 6, we start as an ISP, should be interesting.

The Company also disseminates news and third-party database information from more than 100 sources worldwide. mytrack.com Maybe that's because Track Data Corporation doesn't trade securities. Note they are not registered with the NASDR. This would make it more challenging to become registered for trading securities in the various states I would wager.
