Jeff;

As a fellow individual, along with Bill, Janice, Mr. Pink, et. al., persecuted for the exercise of free speech and the uncovering of the truth. I greatly appreciate your support, and the great work you have done to uncover other stinky situations!

Any opinion on FG and ZSUN's cert call?

Buyer Beware!

Anyone who can support people who call other investors IDIOTS for investing in a company, or who draw pictures of sheep getting it up the a$$ on this board, needs to have their head examined!!!! I for one will be very pleased to watch the shorts not only loose their A$$es in this short pick, but hopefully have to pay $$$$'s out of their pocket to the company for whom they have directed thousands of negative posts against!!!!!

Scott

Jeff,

US District Court for the Western District of Washington

I wonder why they filed in Washington State. Isn't this company headquartered in Cal.

462 Stevens Avenue, Suite 106
Solana Beach, CA 92075, USA
ziasun.com

I guess it's because SI is located in Washington State, I wonder if any of the posters are RB posters (Virginia?)?

As you know I'm not a lawyer but I seem to remember a recent case where AOL posters were sued and the suit was filed in VA (home of AOL)but rejected based on jurisdiction. If I were named in this suit I'd find that case then decide if CA has better anti-SLAPP provisions.
