"I like what the manager told me at the center in Shelton. He said business was great and above targets.... so needless to say he is optimistic" Thanks for your report, Tim. Do you know whether this facility was acquired lately (Eagel Quest) or had it long before? The problem stemmed from what they acquired, which makes a takeover (with cleaning of underperforming) more likely. They were doing very good 'till then and assume have realized they have overpaid when it took longer to digest. As to "hope," you're right. So, in order to avoid that I need more than one reason to buy a stock so if one doesn't work (takeover), the other (good summer) will. Have a great weekend, Marty
