I will be curious to see how they get control of the company from the SEC. I recall that Jack Uselton and the board resigned and sent all of the corporate records and seal to the SEC. I am unsure what the mechanism is for reclaiming the company at this point.

I think blake was being sarcastic. I reference to when ICVI was converted to MTEI.
