Dave, I bought ONSL puts today (could not borrow the stock). I see very little downside to a short position. If there is a buyout at $30 (the rumored price), ONSL will continue to trade at a minimum of 10% discount to the acquisition price - If you assume that AMZN will not move up on the news, we have a downside of 2 pts for an upside of 4-5 pts. JagNotes record over the past few weeks CS takeover target of Siemens (false) BYND takeover target of AMZN (false) IDTC takeover target of Sprint (false) ONSL takeover target of AMZN (?) I am about to subscribe to JagNotes. If I find any of their rumors causing a big pop, I will alert SI members (spam on multiple threads if people don't mind). Regards. Rajiv
