I haven't shorted it but it does look like an interesting short. From a float perspective, there are a lot of investors who own the shares from Web MD that, given their huge gains, would like to get some liquidity. I think this desire for liquidity, coupled with the fact the company will be writing off loads of goodwill from the acquisition would at least make it worth looking at it as a potential short. My concern is that this area is fairly hot and Healtheon is the leader in internet enabled healthcare so even though they are expensive, they could get more expensive. who knows? not I.
