p friend,

I am just curious, are you a CKFR shareholder as well as being as CKFR client? I've read back through your previous posts and am not sure.

Also, as you say your Mom is 76-years-old, *non-computer* and on the other side of the country from you, are you 100% sure there is no part of this problem that can be attributed to her, whether it be a data input typo or some other innocuous error.

Thanks,
Leslie,
a CKFR shareholder but not yet a CKFR client.

>My mom wants to go back to writing the checks herself and licking the stamps.<

She might be pleased to find out that licking stamps is a part of history. While the USPS still sells lick'em stamps, the sheets of self-adhesive stamps are the only way to go. They stick real good, too. I'm sure you knew this, but just in case your mom didn't..:-)

FYI
re: Message 7674, posted 3 weeks ago

This was my message regarding my mom's payments being sent to the wrong payees. I received no response or offer to help from CKFR personnel. Bob, you offered to contact them if they did not pick up the opportunity from following this thread. Please send them a firebomb on behalf of my mom or maybe a 2x4 would get their attention. :>)

SunTrust, another Corillian client...

corillian.com

Not putting blame here, but with all the middlemen it could make it extremely difficult to track problems like these. Corillian is the middleman between CheckFree and Suntrust (I'm sure Gregg will be quick to correct me if I'm wrong).

Benny(IMHO!)
