I did not get a chance to talk to the company myself yesterday, but I know of two other shareholders that did and they were told the 10K'S would be filed before the close on Friday, July 2nd, 1999. They should show up soon. As for the rumors about the connections with a NYSE company, thats up to each individual to believe them or not based on the limited information that's available. I happen to believe they will come true. Only time will tell. Regards, Bill
