JDN, Thanks for input. During this semi runup, I'll need to study Amel a bit more and make a determination on their longer term prospects. I try to look to one semi-cycle beyond the current one and ask if the stock can crash when all the other chip stocks crash and then come back stronger on the next cycle making the hold worth my while. I'll have to study. I'd like to get a better handle on Atmel's process technology roadmap (FABS) on top of market share goals in key product areas as well as where they may be heading in terms of new products---------The info is probably out there.
