Warrants Expire 7-16-99; no extension

I'm w/ Ameritrade and (thank god) only hold a small number of warrants. Today I received notice by mail from Ameritrade that: "Xybernaut Corporation has announced that the exercise period for its warrants will expire on July 16, 1999."

The terms of exercise (and this is contrary to info. posted on the other boards as well as on XYBR's own site) "are as follows: one warrant represent the right to purchase one share of common stock at the rate of $9.00 per share." Goes on to say (needlessly) that as of the writing of the letter (6-30-99), warrants are not currently exercisable. The deadline for conversion to common is 7-13-99.
