Mary:
I am glad that you are clear about this margin/IPO issue.
Now I have a related question to ask.
My Wit account is marginable. A few days ago I was using margin to
do a quick trade (sold the same day). Now I have $1500 in my margin account.
What is the difference between cash in cash account and cash in margin account ?
Can I use my cash in margin account to buy IPO ?

Yes, Mary, I moved FCST, NETO, ETYS, and BNBN to margin...

Why? Just to be prepared in case I see an irresistible stock that I want to buy and don't have the cash in the account.
