You can get the info from the recent S-1/A filing. These filings have a section listing the names of the selling shareholders.

The S-1/A registration filing is for 4.738 million shares including 2.09 million shares for the March private placement. It also includes 1.2 million shares owned by Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Ltd. (a WAVX technology partner)

From the Barron's interview with Tom Claugus -

After the completion of a recently announced acquisition, the company will have 34.5 million shares outstanding,

I think the # of outstanding shares is more than 34.5

As of March 31, 1999 WAVX had
32 million Class A shares
2.5 million Class B shares (converts to Class A shares on a 1:1 basis but has higher voting rights).

After March 31, 1999, Aladdin exercised warrants getting 1.2 million shares in the process. WAVX also made an acquisition (probably not closed yet) which involves 2.5 million shares.

The total is 38.2 million shares (I will have to recheck my #s). Claugus probably omitted the Class B shares and the Aladdin shares.

I am staying away from MCOM. It can make a big move either way. As it is hot at the moment in a wildly bullish market, it is probably headed even higher. I do not follow STMP.

how many more of these with 600 mill. valuations are there?

I often wonder why I waste my time doing DD on obscure companies. The real money is in starting a company and selling stock.

Regards.
