simple question..........why do it,and what is the benefit to current shareholders of an IPO of any of our branches? Ma Bell, ATT, fought a spin off to the Supreme Court. MSFT is in court now, the gov. trying to deversify them (among other things).

Steve I wasn't posting directly to you...but these are the lines that led me to believe that JNNE was being mentioned a bit often with CMGI.

CMGI is a venture capatilist firm that has the money to give to start up companies. They are an Internet Incubator. They have their fat fingers and big cash in many different pies. So JNNE cannot really compare to CMGI in the amount and type of IPO's that CMGI is generating.

Why not do another wcap or cmgi.

JNNE should follow CMGI when they get ready to do spin-offs.

But my point simply is...we need to have the ducks all in a row before we start hounding them for golden eggs.

**GoOn-line.com---one of the ducks

**Fully reporting---very important duck--this duck needs to be fully quacking by November or he becomes cooked goose.

Possible IPO in the hatching? Perhaps, much to the future...If and when it happens could possibly be a golden egg.

Right now we keep an eye to the rows of ducks. And not ask them to be a golden goose too soon!

Sorry for these trite analogies. I just took a pain pill for a minor surgery...and this page is literally swooning with bird feathers...

I must sign off...I am craving a golden goose omelet...
