Richard Chapman. PABN has until 1 March 2000 to comply. Preliminary financials will be released early next week and registration will take place within the next two weeks. I suggest you go to the companies web site for all of the most current information. Some of the posters on this board are out to bash this stock and they will feed you misinformation.

Go to the above site and look up PRWT (the old symbol for the company's stock which was in effect when the list was made). There you can verify for yourself Observer's information is correct that they have until March 2000.
