Fascinating. I'm not an attorney, but I wonder if she really has a case, since he did not willfully enter a circumstance that might bring about the existence of a child for whom he should provide support.

Have you posted this one to Chris Hodgkin? His response on the legal issues should be very interesting.

Weird stories like this always cause me to be skeptical. What are the odds that this would happen to someone, and that that someone would choose to call a talk show to tell the world about it, and that the call would get through? It's easier for me to believe it's just a fake call to create buzz about the show.
