Well, bob,

I still think you should provide a link. However, have you read the AZNT thread? It is very instructive.

I think Pugs really oughtta more careful about libeling the DTC.

As for the "ruling" in question, we have, of course, been awaiting it since February. Wonder why the judge is taking so long? It is not, by the way, a ruling on the entire case that's expected, since the case itself still hasn't got out of preliminary hearings.

And one further note: the DTC is not yet officially a defendant. Their inclusion or exclusion is one of the things the judge has to decide.

he WSJ article was neutral imo, but nevertheless, Mr. Sylver & myself, both plaintiffs against Shell & co., were not a liberty to expound on the lengths these individuals have gone to.

Oh that's a GOOD one! Evidently Pugs didn't say anything worth quoting, or else what he did say was so libelous the WSJ wouldn't run it. Mikey himself did quite well enough in the libel department, I'd say.

use their products

Actually he sells their products.

and speak with the AZNT legal team

Well, then maybe he'll be able to tell me why that accusatory letter I received the other day wasn't written by a member of said "legal team".

Too much stevia not good!!

The Kingpin!

Spent some time looking over this thread....
(I'll preference this with...I have not, nor ever had, a position in this stock).

Just my observation....
5/10/99 3:53 Pluvia announces his intentions to short, & recomends it to a bunch of people...
Message 9456277

a Bunch of SI "Scam Stock Exposing" regulars come to the thread and talk up shorts, POS, etc.....
I looking for shares to short--where are they please?
Message 9459268
hey, what happened to this pos??? aaaaawww, too bad...

By 11:41 am, Janice jumps aboard (Obviously fed info the previous night that something was up)
Just got a message from Jeff: evidently there's a Bloomberg exposé.
Message 9461953

14 minutes later, here comes Jeffrey...
I spent some time last night and today looking for signs of life.
Message 9462312

Then the bloomberg Article...Right on CUE!!!
Coincidence that less than 24 hrs after a mass declared short, a negative bloomberg article appears???
Message 9461243

Pluvia again...
**** HITT FRAUD ****
This stock is worthless... When the short covering subsides here this stock will continue down. Hard. The FTC is reportedly PO'd at these guys... I expect SEC action encouraged by the FTC... If that happens this stock is back to pennies. If you own the stock sell it now IMO as you risk losing almost 100% of your investment.

Message 9463845

It gets UGLY from there on in....

The shorters & FBNers, working in concert (IMO) are ferocious...
Bob sims is the only one left protecting his investment (By posting).

Others who might still be long, just fade away off the thread....Its easier to walk away, then fight at this point....

What happens??? Bob gets suspended, the "Crew" moves on to their next victim...Leaving a wake of carniage behind....

AND THEY FEEL GOOD ABOUT ALL THE PEOPLE THEY PROTECTED???

Give me a break...
Dave
