I think Pugs really oughtta more careful about libeling the DTC. As for the "ruling" in question, we have, of course, been awaiting it since February. Wonder why the judge is taking so long? It is not, by the way, a ruling on the entire case that's expected, since the case itself still hasn't got out of preliminary hearings. And one further note: the DTC is not yet officially a defendant. Their inclusion or exclusion is one of the things the judge has to decide. he WSJ article was neutral imo, but nevertheless, Mr. Sylver & myself, both plaintiffs against Shell & co., were not a liberty to expound on the lengths these individuals have gone to. Oh that's a GOOD one! Evidently Pugs didn't say anything worth quoting, or else what he did say was so libelous the WSJ wouldn't run it. Mikey himself did quite well enough in the libel department, I'd say. use their products Actually he sells their products. and speak with the AZNT legal team Well, then maybe he'll be able to tell me why that accusatory letter I received the other day wasn't written by a member of said "legal team". Too much stevia not good!! The Kingpin!

Spent some time looking over this thread.... (I'll preference this with...I have not, nor ever had, a position in this stock). Just my observation.... 5/10/99 3:53 Pluvia announces his intentions to short, & recomends it to a bunch of people... Message 9456277 a Bunch of SI "Scam Stock Exposing" regulars come to the thread and talk up shorts, POS, etc..... I looking for shares to short--where are they please?
