OMB, The 4th is going well. BBQ's, fireworks, pools, kids laughing, and eating too much. What could be better? :-) I hope yours is also going well. In regard to the path only going through Jesus.... For a Christian to believe that or a Christian book to say that, is fine. It is not proof to think that a book is God's word because the book says it is God word. That is somewhat circular reasoning. In the meantime, my thoughts and prayers go out to the families of the people who were shot(and some killed) this past week by a white supremacist in the Ilinois/Inidiana area. I hope the man responsible is quickly caught and brought to justice..... Mark

"Vat du y'all think of Peter's sermon in Acts 4 where he said:" You asked-- I don't see any controversy-----------Guess that labels me a "bigot". Of course I don't see it that way. I just see that He loves us all sooo-- much that He tells how we can spend LOTS of time with Him. Personally I'm glad we don't need "good works"-- I wouldn't make it. :-) Hope your Holiday is a Happy one.

Mine experience says Peter a fake. Listen to Paul or make a big mistake. Paul said his gospel was revealed by no man. He met a man in Christ. I also met a man in Christ.
