JLA >>I think that is some what un realistic considering the checks and balances we have in our system. Keep in mind groups such as the ACLU [ Who strangely enough you probably despise ] have prevented the the government from much less. Which branch of the government will do this gun confiscating? Will the other branches stand by and watch? Will law enforcement agencies all over the country assist in wholesale government restrictions of our freedoms and disregard of the law? If you believe that this scenario hasn't taken place to date because we have guns in the hands of the general population then I'm afraid you haven't much faith in our system..... pez
