If you liked "lintheads" then you would have loved the term "pimply faced pissants" that someone used to describe Compusa employees in the CPU thread. The caliber of their employees is probably the principal reason CPU has done poorly of late. The problem has gotten so bad that I have come to expect incompetence. I felt compelled to compliment a Southwest Airlines reservations clerk when I called recently. Not only could she spell, but she actually anticipated my questions. I was dumbstruck!
